Higher levels survive more damage or a logo, but make the code denser.
This page only builds the code. It never sees payments, and no money passes through it. Test with a small amount first.
How to use
Enter your UPI ID and name
Type your UPI ID, such as yourname@okhdfcbank, and the payee name on the bank account. The ID is checked as you type. Add an amount only if every payer should pay the same sum.
Add a note and design the code
Add an optional note, and open merchant fields for a reference number or category code. Then set colours, a logo and the Scan to pay frame in the Design panel.
Test, then download or print
Scan the code with your own UPI app and check the name before you pay yourself a small test amount. Then download an image or PDF, or pick a size and press Print standee.
Why UPI QR Code Generator
- Works with any UPI app that scans QR codes.
- Optional fixed amount, note, reference and merchant code.
- Printable counter card, standee, table stand and poster.
- Made in your browser; no payment data is sent anywhere.
What goes inside a UPI payment link
The code holds a short link that UPI apps understand. Only the UPI ID and name are needed; the rest is optional. The tool shows the full link above the preview so you can copy it into a message or an invoice too.

Tips for a UPI QR standee at a shop counter
A clear standee cuts the time each payment takes and the number of wrong transfers.
- Leave the amount empty on a counter standee, so each customer enters their own total.
- Show your name and UPI ID under the code, so people can type it if their camera struggles.
- Print at least 7 cm wide for a counter and 14 cm or more for a wall poster.
- Laminate the card and check it daily, so nobody can paste another code over yours.
- Make a separate code with a fixed amount for fixed-price items, such as a parking fee.
