This JPG to PDF converter turns one photo or many into a PDF, one image per page. Drag the thumbnails into order, sort them by name or rotate any photo, then pick the page size: keep each image at its own size, or use A4, Letter, A3, A5, Legal or a custom size in millimetres, with no margin, a small or big margin, or your own. Fit the whole photo on the page or fill the page and crop the edges. Leave Merge all images ticked for one PDF, or untick it for one PDF per photo in a ZIP. How to use

Add your photos

Drop JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP or HEIC images, up to 50 MB each. Each one appears as a numbered thumbnail, and you can add more at any time.

Order and rotate the pages

Drag a thumbnail to a new spot, use its arrow buttons, or sort by name. The rotate buttons turn a photo 90 degrees, and the trash icon removes it.

Choose page settings and convert

Pick the page size, orientation, margin, fit or fill, image quality and file name, then press Convert to PDF. Untick Merge all images first if you want one PDF per photo.

Why JPG to PDF

Turning phone photos of documents into one PDF

Photos of paper documents are the most common reason people use this tool. A few habits make the PDF easier to read and more likely to be accepted the first time.

Because everything runs in the browser, you can do all of this on the phone that took the photos, without moving them to a computer first.

  • Shoot in daylight or under a bright lamp, straight above the page, so the text is not skewed.
  • Add the pages in reading order, then check the numbers on the thumbnails and rotate any that are sideways.
  • Choose A4 with a Small margin and Fill page when the photo has a strip of table around the paper.
  • Set Image quality to Medium if the portal has a size limit, or run the finished PDF through Compress PDF.

Page size options compared

Orientation applies to every size except Fit to image. Auto picks landscape for images wider than they are tall and portrait for the rest. Portrait or Landscape forces every page the same way.

Margins add 10 mm (Small), 20 mm (Big) or your own value on every side. With Fit to image the page grows to make room for the margin, so the image is never scaled.

Common questions

How do I convert multiple JPG files into one PDF?
Drop all the photos at once, or add them in batches. Arrange the thumbnails in the order you want, keep Merge all images into one PDF ticked, and press Convert to PDF. Every image becomes its own page in a single file.
How do I convert a photo to PDF on my phone?
Open this page in your phone's browser, tap the upload area and pick the photos from your gallery. Put them in order, choose A4 if the PDF is for a form, and tap Convert to PDF. The file saves to your downloads.
How do I make a JPG to PDF in A4 size?
Set Page size to A4. Each photo is scaled to fit inside the page and centred, and with Orientation on Auto a wide photo gets a landscape page. Add a Small or Big margin, or type your own in millimetres, for white space around the image.
How do I reduce the size of a JPG to PDF file?
Set Image quality to Medium or Small file. Photos are then resized and saved as JPEG at a lower quality inside the PDF, which often cuts a phone photo PDF to a fraction of its size. Original keeps the photos exactly as they are.
Can I make a separate PDF for each JPG?
Yes. Untick Merge all images into one PDF before converting. Each image becomes its own single-page PDF named after the photo, and they download together in a ZIP.
Will converting JPG photos to PDF reduce their quality?
Not with Image quality on Original. JPG and PNG data is embedded as it is, so the pixels in the PDF match the original files. Photos are only re-encoded if you choose a smaller quality, turn on grayscale, or add a rare mirrored phone photo.
Why do phone photos sometimes come out sideways in a PDF?
Phones often save a photo in one direction and add a rotation tag that tells viewers to turn it. This tool reads that tag and turns the image to match your gallery. If a photo was taken sideways, use its rotate buttons before converting.
Can I convert HEIC photos from an iPhone to PDF?
Yes. Add HEIC or HEIF files like any other photo. They are decoded in your browser when you add them, which takes a moment for large photos, then placed in the PDF as high-quality JPEGs.
What is the difference between Fit whole image and Fill page?
Fit whole image scales the photo so all of it shows, leaving white bands where the shapes differ. Fill page scales it to cover the page inside the margins and crops whatever spills over, which suits photos of documents with a little background around them.
What page size does Fit to image use when converting JPG to PDF?
Fit to image makes each page exactly as large as its image, counting one pixel as one point. A photo 3000 pixels wide therefore makes a page over 40 inches wide. That is fine on screen, but choose A4 or Letter for printing or for forms that check page size.
