PowerPoint .pptx files up to 150 MB each · several files allowed
What this converter does not keep
- Animations, transitions, video and audio. A PDF shows each slide as it looks when it first appears.
- Charts, SmartArt and embedded objects are left out; the notes panel lists any that were skipped.
- Uncommon shapes are drawn as rectangles, and shadows, 3D and glow effects are not drawn.
- Table styles are approximated with the default blue header and banded rows.
- Fonts that are not installed on your device are replaced, so text can wrap differently.

What each slide keeps
The converter reads the slide, its layout and its master, so backgrounds and logos placed on the master appear on every slide.

Handout layouts
Handouts are laid out on A4. Two slides per page stack vertically on a portrait page, four slides sit in a 2 by 2 grid on a landscape page, and six slides fill a 2 by 3 grid on a portrait page. Each slide keeps its aspect ratio and is centred in its cell.
